It was brought to our attention by medical professionals within our congregation that our current practice of using gloves in serving communion is of negligible hygienic value. It is also a regular source of plastic waste. With that in mind, we’ll be changing how bread is served during communion. The servers will now simply hold the plate of bread and each individual will take a piece, just as they take a cup from the second tray. Gluten-free bread will still be available in the center of the tray.

For May and June, we have guest preachers lined up for Sunday mornings. This Sunday, Rev. Daniel Paik will be joining us. Daniel is the Associate Pastor at CityLife Presbyterian Church.
